Asheville School classrooms are a warm and inviting place. While the substance of the curriculum is traditional, teachers use innovation to connect the subject matter to their students and keep it relevant.
Students serve as big brothers/big sisters, helping under formers adjust to life on campus.

The Guidance Office supports each student throughout the college application process.
Also unique to the VFMA educational experience, our academically qualified high school juniors and seniors are granted the opportunity to enroll in college level classes, taken at Valley Forge Military College, on campus.

Army JROTC is a part of our overall leadership education.  Classes, trips to historic venues, use of the outdoor obstacle course, and drill are regular cadet experiences.
2015 Fall Tea (Mother-Daughter Luncheon)
Band, private instrument, choral and individual vocal instruction are available to all students, grades 7-12.  St. Bernard students have been selected for various State Honor Bands and competitions on a yearly basis.
Located in the foothills of the Berkshire mountains, Kent was voted the best fall foliage destination by Yankee Magazine.
Rabun Gap offers activities for students with all levels of experience and values each team member's contribution.
