    To apply to Shattuck-St. Mary's you will need to:

    1. Complete and submit an application which is available on line and includes:

  • A General Information sheet
  • An Applicant questionnaire
  • English and Math teacher recommendations
  • A Principal or Head Counselor recommendation Transcript Release Form
  • Current Transcripts
  • Standardized testing: SSAT, ACT for domestic students or TOEFL or SLEP test for international applicants.
  • A non-refundable application fee of $50.00 for U.S./Canada/Mexico and $100.00 for international applicants

    2. Visit the campus. (Recommended, but not required)

    3. Interview in person, or over the phone with an admissions officer.
