School Notes:
- CFS was founded in 1918 as The Church Farm School, and it continues to be a most unique school. We offer a wide variety of academic, athletic, social and extracurricular opportunities to those who attend. A few pertinent facts are worth highlighting:
- The only curriculum offered at CFS is college-preparatory.
- Ninety-seven percent of CFS seniors go on to four-year colleges immediately upon graduation. Last year's seniors are currently at MIT, Cornell, Emory, Northwestern, Illinois, and Northeastern, among others.
- The school is for boys only, grades 7 through 12.
- Ninety-two percent of our students live on campus, while the other eight percent commute each day.
- Every student is issued a MacBook laptop computer.
- Facilities are bright, clean and spacious.
- Admission to CFS is highly competitive—we are not the right school for every boy.
- We are committed to treating all candidates honestly, sensitively and fairly.
- We have one of the strongest financial aid programs in the country, and are committed to making a CFS education affordable.
