John Bapst Memorial High School, established in 1928, is a highly-regarded coeducational, nonsectarian, independent, 100% college preparatory boarding and day school for grades 9-12. Located in the safe, small city of Bangor, Maine, within walking distance of downtown, the school serves 90% day students from 35 Maine towns and cities and 10% boarding students from various countries living on campus and homestay.
The school was consistently ranked #1 in northern New England by the Washington Post and has been recognized as an AP Platinum School in the US and Canada.
