Notes for Prospective Students

Application Process and Timeline: Families complete a standard admission inquiry form with the admission office. Candidates and families visit campus for a tour and admission interview. We will do admission interviews via Whatsapp for those unable to get to campus. Candidates and Families complete admission application and submit required forms via Gateway to Prep Schools or the Standard Application Online (SAO). Application materials should be submitted prior to Northwood School's application deadline of January 31. Application Requirements: 1) Interview with an admission officer 2) Completed Application 3) Grade report or transcript from current school 4) Recommendations from Math and English teacher 5) Submission of standardized testing is test optional: 9th grade candidates: SSAT or ISEE 10th grade candidates: SSAT or ISEE 11th grade candidates (one of the following): PSAT, SAT, PLAN, or ACT 12/PG candidates(one of the following): PSAT, SAT, PLAN or ACT - All non-native speakers must submit a TOEFL or TOEFL JR in addition to standardized testing - Candidates for the Learning Center can submit educational testing in lieu of standardized testing Candidates and families applying for financial aid complete financial aid application through School and Student Services (Financial Aid application deadline of January 31st).
