Reflections and Advice:
1.) What do you think makes your school unique relative to other boarding schools?
Ashbury College is unique in the way it approaches community involvement and global education. Its Global Citizenship program, which incorporates foreign viewpoints into the curriculum and motivates students to take part in international initiatives and service projects, is one of its distinctive features. Furthermore, Ashbury's dedication to sustainability is demonstrated by the design of its campus, which includes environmentally friendly features and a strong emphasis on environmental care. In addition to enhancing the educational experience, these components equip students with the skills necessary to have a significant impact in a globalized society.
2.) What was the best thing that happened to you in boarding school?
The highlight of my time at boarding school was spearheading a fruitful community service initiative with the student environmental club. This experience not only improved my leadership abilities but also had a noticeable effect on campus. Participating in a variety of extracurricular activities and this experience have given me a stronger feeling of responsibility and confidence. I believe I've made great progress in managing projects, working with people, and taking a more proactive and open-minded approach to problems.
3.) What might you have done differently during your boarding school experience?
In retrospect, I wish I had jumped at the chance to pursue a wider range of extracurricular activities right away rather than holding off on trying new things. Be willing to venture outside of your comfort zone, whether it's by joining new groups, attending novel events, or just making an effort to socialize with new people. That's my advice to incoming boarding students. Participating actively in the community can help you grow personally and enhance the quality of your stay.
4.) What did you like most about your school?
All in all, I cherished Ashbury College's feeling of community. A wide range of extracurricular and academic options, along with the nurturing atmosphere, made for a comprehensive and satisfying experience. It actually stood out for its strong emphasis on teamwork and personal development, which made it a place where I felt encouraged and challenged.
5.) Do you have any final words of wisdom for visiting or incoming students to your school?
My recommendation to new students is to get involved in the community and take advantage of every chance that presents itself. Take advantage of all the groups and events; they're excellent for making new friends and identifying interests.The comfortable study lounge is a must-see on campus, ideal for relaxing or working on projects with others. When it comes to munchies, the homemade granola bars at the snack bar are a crowd favorite. Don't miss these. In terms of dorms, I would suggest the recently constructed West Wing since of boasts modern amenities and lively community vibe. Have fun and take advantage of every opportunity!
Academics:

Ashbury College's academic program is notable for its unique combination of individualized instruction and demanding courses. The focus on critical thinking and global perspectives, which promoted a deeper comprehension of complicated subjects, was especially appealing to me. Learning was made interesting and difficult by the encouraging and talented instructors.

The athletics department at Ashbury College does a great job of building team spirit and providing a wide variety of sports. I particularly relished the chance to work with gifted classmates and explore other artistic mediums. I really valued the supporting interactions with both dorm staff and students, as well as the close-knit environment. Situated in a picturesque town with a bustling people and beautiful surroundings is Ashbury College. The combination of charming neighborhood stores and outside areas was very appealing to me because it made for the ideal setting for exploration and leisure. It was simple to manage academic life with pleasurable off-campus activities in the town because of its friendly atmosphere and easily available amenities.

Ashbury College has a lively and welcoming social scene that provides a plethora of chances for students to interact through events, organizations, and casual get-togethers.
