Williston offers an academic arts program with faculty who are practicing musicians, actors, and visual artists.The Reed Campus Center houses six painting and drawing studios, a dance studio, music classrooms, a gallery, and five sound-proofed practice rooms. The Williston Theater seats 288 people and offers a thrust stage, fly system, computerized lighting and sound system, and a scene shop.

Smaller classes allow students to engage in respectful discussion and debate with their peers or one-on-one guidance with their teacher. The average class size is 13.
Hockey is a long held tradition at South Kent. The school's four teams call the state-of-the-art Admiral James & Sybil Stockdale Arena home. Selects Academy at South Kent School has participated in the National tournament for the past two years, as one of the top 16 teams in the nation.
The Gunnery is a coeducational college preparatory boarding and day school for students in grades 9-12 and post graduate.  The school current has 300 students (90 day and 210 boarding).  Represented in the student body are 18 states and 19 countries.  Our 220 acre campus borders the village green of Washington, a small, historic town in the Litchfield Hills.

The Charles Hosmer Morse Center for the Arts features facilities for music, theater, dance, videography, painting, photography, drawing, foundational arts such as Intaglio etching and print-making and ceramics, and fashion design.
High Mowing School is a Waldorf high school for boarding and day students, where talented and experienced teachers draw on the wisdom of Waldorf education, and nurture the interests of today?'s young people. We utilize an approach to learning that is based on an understanding of the developing human being and the changing world around us.
With small classes and a hands-on faculty, our students develop the skills, motivation and drive to become life-long learners and leaders.

Dance is offered as a class, an afternoon arts option, and a club activity with performances at campus events, including at our nationally-ranked basketball team's home games. The choice is yours.
The Student Center is one of the most popular hubs of activity on campus. Two plasma televisions, a ping pong table, snack bar, computer stations and wireless internet access, two fireplaces and a book store make this an ideal home away from home for both day students and boarders.
Learning to speak with confidence and clarity lies at the heart of the Stoneleigh-Burnham experience and is the mark of a Stoneleigh-Burnham girl. From our world-class debate and public speaking program to our student government organization and our tenth grade rhetoric course, our students have unending opportunities to discover and effectively use their voices.
