Founded in 1946, The Phelps School is dedicated to the personalized education for the boy who seeks success academically, personally and socially. Our first obligation is to create a caring, sensitive climate which emphasizes the positive in every situation.
Each weekend students have the opportunity to participate in trips ranging from climbing in a nearby canyon, to rappelling off an arch in Moab, rafting on the Colorado river, hiking in Zion National Park, relaxing in a hot spring, or enjoying S'mores around a campfire with new friends.
The Charles Hosmer Morse Center for the Arts features facilities for music, theater, dance, videography, painting, photography, drawing, foundational arts such as Intaglio etching and print-making and ceramics, and fashion design.
Baxter Tower is the icon of The Hilltop and the home to our language and humanities departments.
Suffield's athletic facilites and programs are very extensive. These include a new field house, running track, fitness center, and synthetic turf field.
Cheshire Academy features a combination of academics, athletics, the arts, community service, leadership opportunities, a diverse environment, and a strong residential life program.
The science lab provides cadets with hands on experience. The Perkins Technology Center exposes the students to computer skills.
Delphian School is set on our expansive 800-acre campus.
The 180,000 square-foot Sports & Activities Center is home to five basketball courts, a racquetball court, a climbing gym, a weight room, a 25yd x 25m swimming pool, a wrestling room, twenty-five indoor rowing machines, an indoor track, and a full-service athletic training room. The building also houses a student recreation area with ping-pong tables, pool tables, and an arcade.

In one of the first fully digital language learning laboratories in the United States, students at Phillips Academy, Andover, Mass., can work at one of 40 work stations, practicing language drills, viewing foreign language films, using the Internet and working on assignments assisted by faculty or independently. Andover offers six modern and two ancient languages.

Kent's Pre-Engineering certificate program is a unique opportunity for hands-on exploration in Robotics, Manufacturing Engineering and Computer Programming.
Every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday before lunch, the community gathers outdoors for Assembly, a time reserved for announcements, presentations, and acknowledgements. The spontaneous spirit of Assembly usually becomes fodder for discussion later in the day.

The course offerings at Rumsey focus on discovery and self expression through media ranging from two-dimensional options, such as painting, drawing, and printmaking to three dimensional possibilities including clay, woodcarving and various forms of multi-media construction including technology through digital photography.
