Individualized Instruction
The cadets in parade formation. The first full dress parade of the year begins usually at the end of April and is on Sunday.
CIS Dorm Rooms are spacious and comfortable, with 2 or 3 students in a room, and en suite bathrooms and laundry machines, in every apartment.  Students will enjoy living with their friends, and will be supervised and looked after by their Dorm Head.
BSS Chapel: The learning landscape at BSS is as varied as the learners. One beautiful and historic space on campus is chapel. Reverend Cathy Gibbs heads up the spiritual growth of all students.
IMG Academy's state-of-the-art Academic Center was completed in August of 2015. With over 72,000 square feet of learning space, students have all of the resources they need to succeed in the classroom.

Students benefit from state-of-the-art facilities, including high-technology science classrooms and an art studio with a sweeping panoramic view of the region.  Hi-tech industries such as advanced electronics, medical and marine research are benefitting from the right conditions for prosperity and growth that are available in Torbay.

Army JROTC is a part of our overall leadership education.  Classes, trips to historic venues, use of the outdoor obstacle course, and drill are regular cadet experiences.
The HPA football team plays schools on island and across the state.

Travel is essential to a global education, and TASIS students and faculty explore a variety of urban and rural destinations during Fall and Spring Academic Travel. Each itinerary is tied to the students' academic coursework, which extends the classroom experience to destinations in Europe and beyond.
Asheville School has 21 interscholastic sports teams and the school's athletic facilities are considered among the best in the Southeast.
