Amnesty International Club At Boarding Schools
- There are 39 boarding schools offering amnesty international club as an extracurricular activity.
More than a century has passed since Mr. Taft founded our school. While the world and the school have changed dramatically, his fundamental values endure: work hard, without regard for public acclaim; develop all your talents: academic, artistic, and athletic; and most importantly, give of yourself to others.
Every classroom at Exeter has a Harkness table, which seats a teacher and 12 students, placing students at the center of the learning process.
Elizabeth B. Hall Chapel is a frequent gathering place for the CA community, particularly for Senior Chapel Talks that begin three or four of our mornings every week.
Amerigo Napa Valley partners with Justin-Siena High School to provide boarding students with a premier university-preparatory education.
Students experience hands-on learning in the Biology, Chemistry and Physics labs. Extracting glowing DNA from a jellyfish, measuring lung capacity or building a working knee joint are all possibilities in Ridley College classrooms. Lab experiments prepare students for university.
Our unique curriculum includes ESL classes, an Environmental Studies department and the Waters Learning Center for motivated students with learning differences.
Our mission is simple: to create a caring community of learning and development where cultures connect and individuals matter. Our commitment to excellence in academics, wellness, athletics, creativity, and service contribute to a lifetime of engagement and global competence.
Living on campus is much more than just going to class and studying. Boarding life is a constant adventure with most students finding a comfortable balance between academic performance and extracurricular activities.
The Village School intimately understands the importance of math and science, offering differentiated programs integrated with the arts and spearheaded by a passionate and innovative group of educators who lead, inspire and excite.
