The Knox School Photo #2 - At Knox, every student's potential is unlocked and maximized. The Knox School Photo #8 - One of four elite sports programs on campus, the Knox crew team holds multiple world records and is home to Long Island's Coach of the Year. Knox's crew program offers year-round rowing opportunities with a fully equipped indoor erg center and waterfront boat launch.
The Knox School Photo #9 - Founded in 1914, the Equestrian Program is Knox's oldest, continuous sports activity. Today, the varsity equestrian team has been earning high accolades competing on the national circuit. The Knox equestrian center features an historic, horseshoe-shaped structure with 25 stalls, an outdoor ring with sprinklers, a covered track with sand and rubber footing, a turnout field and a full jump course.

  • In addition to offering courses in studio art and media arts, our Visual Arts program is home to a photography dark room, ceramics studio, and fully equipped graphic design center. Students in the Performing Arts hone their skills in our dance studio and choir room while our theater's stage is host to high school plays and musicals, the middle school performing arts showcase, and the annual Spring Performing Arts Concert Extravaganza.

  • Crew and Equestrian are two of the premier elite sports programs on campus. Knox offers direct access to waterfront property and a year-round indoor erg center for training. Our Crew team has earned top honors and holds several world records. The Knox equestrian program boasts a historic roundabout stable and recently renovated state-of-the-art riding ring where our riders prepare for showing on the national and international stage. Joining the premier ranks, Knox Basketball and Soccer programs offer highly competitive, championship-level play. Additional athletic offerings include volleyball, cross country running, tennis, softball, badminton, and fencing.
