School Notes

  •  Wy'East Mountain Academy students range from 12 years old to 19 years old, 7th grade to 12th.  Our students use laptop computers and an online curriculum while studying in a classroom environment for part of each day while adhering to a disciplined training and exercise schedule with their coaches for the rest of the day. Most snow sports students train on the mountain in the mornings and attend class in the afternoons, while most skateboard and mountain bike students attend class in the mornings and skate or bike in the afternoons.  All students take their laptops with them and continue their classes and homework while travelling. Wy’East Mountain Academy accepts all levels of student athletes, beginner to advanced and excels at turning regular student athletes into great ones.  We offer Snowboarding, Skiing, Skateboarding and Mountain Biking as focused sports. Within the Skiing and Snowboarding programs we offer the option of “park” or "big mountain”. All programs travel extensively and attend national and international compettions within their sport.
