Reflections and Advice:
1.) What do you think makes your school unique relative to other boarding schools?
I have been attending the summer program at Bossov Ballet Theater at Maine Central Institute (MCI) for over 4 years. This experience has been incredibly enriching, with teachers and the director, Natalya, guiding you to reach your maximum potential as a dancer. The environment is warm, familiar, and safe, which fosters lifelong friendships. The program offers a full immersion into the professional ballet world, preparing participants for their future in this discipline.MCI and BBT have truly become my second home, and I couldn't be more grateful for everything I've learned and experienced here.
2.) What was the best thing that happened to you in boarding school?
I just love being on a place that shares with me my biggest passion that is dance, and the way the whole summer gets together is just such an amazing experience.
4.) What did you like most about your school?
Faculty and students
Academics:
1.) Describe the academics at your school - what did you like most about it?
The program offers comprehensive training, immersing you in the pure Vaganova technique while reinforcing and learning the fundaments in an organic way. I love the way Natalya works; she inspires and challenges you to be the best version of yourself. It is a great privilege to learn from her.

Dorm Life:
1.) Describe the dorm life in your school - what did you like most about it?
Living in the dorms is a great opportunity that allows you to create friendships and wonderful memories. It helps you become independent while being 100% safe. There is always a dorm parent responsible for whom you must report at all times if you leave the campus. The dorms have a kitchen, a TV room, as well as washing and drying machines.
Dining:
1.) Describe the dining arrangements at your school.
The cafeteria service offers three meals a day: breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Usually, there is a variety of foods depending on your diet and specifications. However, sometimes it can be very repetitive and not very nutritious. I would like there to be more food options such as vegetables, soups, and generally more homemade and simple meals.
Social and Town Life:
1.) Describe the school's town and surrounding area.
A really calm town, lots of nature surrounding.
2.) Describe the social life at your school - what did you like most about it?
Love the environment and the great diversity of people who attend during the summer
